How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. You pay £30/month (pre-VAT) as a base fee, plus £15 for every £50k of annual revenue in your connected Xero account. This ensures you only pay for what you need as your business grows.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial. Connect your Xero account and see the value immediately.
How is my revenue calculated?
We automatically read your total annual revenue from your connected Xero account. This is based on your sales/income accounts and is updated monthly. You'll always see your current pricing tier in your billing settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can export it anytime.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes! Pay annually and receive two months free. Contact our team at hello@fynli.com for annual invoices or if you have procurement requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is VAT included in the pricing?
No, all prices shown are pre-VAT. VAT will be added at checkout based on your location (20% for UK customers). You'll see the full amount including VAT before confirming payment.
What happens if my revenue changes?
Your pricing automatically adjusts based on your current annual revenue in Xero. If your revenue grows or decreases, your subscription price will update at your next billing cycle. We'll always notify you of any changes in advance.
Do you offer discounts for multiple companies?
Yes! If you manage multiple Xero organisations and want to connect them all to Fynli, contact us at hello@fynli.com and we'll work out a custom plan for you.
Is there a limit on users or data?
No limits! All plans include unlimited users, scenarios, forecasts, and data. Everyone on your team can access Fynli at no extra cost.
